Management Team

The management team incorporates the Lodges on George Honorary Secretary Mr Niell Martin and the on-site General Manager Mrs Paddy Carmody. This skilled and experienced team have collectively over 50 years experience in the management and management related activities of aged care specific services.

Both have been fully responsible for transitioning Lodges on George from a small 55 place low care service that was struggling to meet legislative/regulatory requirements to a 93 place service which not only meets requirements, but in many cases greatly exceeds such requirements.

The General Manager has been in this role for 9 years and is a qualified WPH&S Officer, Workplace Trainer/Assessor, member of the Australian College of Health Service Executives and proactively/continuously updates her own skills and knowledge and that of the staff to ensure that the service becomes a market leader in the provision of quality aged care services.
